Day 1

Today was terrible and didn't help my last night 10,000 calorie candy bindge!
-Mcdonalds fruit and yogurt parfait and a medium iced vanilla coffee - 350calories
-1 serving of wheat thins - 200calories
- Cheese and peppers - 400 calories
- 1/2 cup oatmeal (plain) - 200 calories
- 1 cup hot coffee - 200 calories
- 1/2 chocolate bar- 300 calories
Total- 1,650 calories.
I Want this sooo bad!!!
Drank 1/2 glass of water. (Needs improvement!)
So far I actually feel like I have gained 5lbs!
- No exercise today either!
Let's just hope for a better tommorow! I wanna wear that bikini!
