Motivation Quotes! Lets get our skinny on!

For those who have read any of my blog you know that I am not ANA I am actaully fat and actually needing to loose 20lbs, so I am not saying that people who are 100lbs should be starving themselves! this is for people who really need to loose weight as in cant fit into a size 14 and under jeans! (me) so please I am not ana I am doing a healthy diet with excersie, I don't starve, or throw up or cut myself! These are just quotes that help me avoid eating that second piece of pie xD

My reasons to be thin.

All the reasons I want to be thin.
1. So I can wear what I want without feeling like fat is hanging out everywhere.
2. So I can feel beautiful in anything.
3. So I don't have to worry about wearing loose clothes to hide the fat and finding loose clothes that are cute enough that I don't look like I'm hiding.
4. So my crush will love me. (he weighs 120lbs!)
5. So other girls will want to be me.
6. So eating fattning things in public won't bother me (people won't look at me like "she's so fat, why is she eating that?")
7. So I can be pretty enough. (I hate my face and hair and eyes so a bad body just makes me 100% ugly!)
8. So I can wear a size small.
9. So I don't feel like I have thunder thighs.
10. I want a flat tummy!
11. I want fit arms so I can wear tank tops finally!
12. I want to wear a bikini.
13. I don't want my legs to jiggle.
14. I hate how I have love lumps and they hang over my pants.
15. So when I bend over my tummy dosen't look like a prune.
16. So when I have been sitting for a while and I get up my tummy dosen't have red lines where the fat was touching.
17. So when i'm driving my legs don't look huge so I won't feel like keeping my purse on my lap.
18. I want to wear fitted tee shirt and thermals!
19. I want to be the thinspo other people look at.
20. I want to see my hip bones again!

The Wonders of Green Tea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Day 4

Today was pretty good actually, I think I might be getting the hang of this!
I ate:
1 bowl of oatmeal - 500 calories
1 bowl of chili - 600 calories
4 cups of coffee - 800 calories
3- glasses of water (improvement needed!)
Total - 1,900 calories
One more day down, a life time more to go!
